Town of Arborg is blessed with a wealth of community services
that provide for a healthy and dynamic community spirit.
Arborg is a full service community offering essentially
infrastructure and public services to provide our community
and business sectors the opportunity to invest and grow

Family
Health: 
Arborg
offers comprehensive health services for its residents and
is at the leading edge of innovative health care delivery
in Manitoba. Arborg's Health Center has grown to play a
significant role in delivering many of the day-to-day area
health services.
The Arborg & District Health Centre, a sixteen bed facility,
offers full laboratory and x-ray services. Longer term health
care is available in its attached 40 bed Personal Care Home.
Arborg's extensive health and social services also including
Manitoba Health & Family Services Office, Veterinary
Clinic, Dental Clinic, Optometrist, Physiotherapist, Personal
Care Home and Therapeutic Massage Services.
Quality of life is an important part of Arborg's development
that has created a beautiful, secure place to live, that
gives peace of mind to the local residents.
Evergreen
Regional Library: 
The
former CPR Railway Station is now the Home of the Evergreen
Regional Library. The building was declared a heritage site
and as such was restored to its original condition. Complimenting
the rows upon rows of books are the Community
Access Computers
fitted with high speed Internet access. For more information

Arborg
& District Seniors' Resource Council:
The
Seniors' Resource Council offers a variety of services to
seniors in the Arborg and surrounding area.
The council is now just over five years old and allot has
been accomplished over that time. Services offered by the
Seniors Resource Council include: Congregate meal program,
Home Emergency Response Units, Fee for Service Program and
Handi-Van services.

Bifrost Fire Department: 
The
Arborg Bifrost Fire Department (ABFD) is a dedicated volunteer
organization, with a mandate of providing fire fighting
and related emergency services to Arborg and the surrounding
area.

Recreation,
leisure and sports are vital components in the make-up of
a strong, healthy community. The Town of Arborg has many
organizations with great diversity that keep people active
and enthused.
The
Arborg-Bifrost Parks & Recreation Commission provides
the community with great facilities to perform these activities
and continues to bring new and exciting events to Arborg
each year. Arborg hosts many regional and provincial championships
in a variety of sports, with many visitor and athletes recognizing
that Arborg is Friendly Manitoba.
The
commitment to recreation, leisure and sport in Arborg, from
whole community, is enormous and allows the different organizations
to grow and prosper. Arborg has developed into a community
that prides itself in providing activities, events and programs
